LOA d.o.o. is exclusive representator (service & sales) of ABT TRAC leading yacht stabilization system, for Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro.
We have been providing our service support in two bases:
– D-Marin in Šibenik
– Marina Baotić in Trogir
but also all over Adriatic Coast. Weather you need annual check and service, upgrade of the system or installation of completely new stabilisation and thruster system, we are at your service.

The project of introducing ISO standards
Call name: Implementation of business process and quality management systems (ISO and similar standards)
Project name: Introduction of an integrated quality and environmental management system ISO 9001: 2015 / ISO 14001: 2015 Project summary: The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of LOA Ltd. on the domestic and foreign market by introducing internationally recognized standards of quality management and environmental protection ISO 9001: 2015 / ISO 14001: 2015 which will contribute to a better image of LOA Ltd., trust of existing and new clients, reduction of operating costs, increase of sales revenues on domestic and foreign markets . The project is aimed at the main target groups, ie. employees of LOA Ltd. but also to other stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, business partners, the community, government agencies, financial institutions ... Goals: The long-term goals of the company are:
- realization and increase of profit
- achieving a higher level of quality compared to the competition
- meeting the needs and expectations of customers
- achieving general employee satisfaction
- increase in the number of employees
- increasing the share in the domestic and foreign markets
- conquering new markets
- establishing lower costs than competitors in order to become stronger than competitors
- improving the quality management system in the company
- improvement of all processes within the company
- targeting certain market segments by designing different products and services from competitors
- investing in new technologies…
We will achieve these goals by applying the following principles:
- meeting all customer requirements, laws and technical standards related to our products and services
- management of the management and the involvement of the management and all employees
- education, training and competence development of all our employees
- preventive action to prevent non-compliant products
- system improvements
Total project value and amount co-financed by the EU (in HRK):
The total value of the project is 129.215,29 HRK, the total eligible costs are 103.372,23 HRK, and the amount co-financed by the EU is 87.866,39 HRK. Own participation is 15%.
Project implementation period (from-to):
12.03.2020. to 12.11.2020.
