Can Halyard supply full bespoke exhaust systems?
Yes. Halyard can design and supply full water-cooled or dry exhaust systems, as well as individual components, based on vessel layout, engine data and installation requirements.
Can Halyard support refit and replacement projects?
Yes. Replacement components can often be manufactured using existing equipment as a pattern, or by measuring the vessel and preparing the correct replacement system.
Can the system be designed for DPF or SCR installations?
Yes. Halyard has developed systems and uses materials compatible with higher temperatures generated by aftertreatment equipment.
What information is needed for a quote?
Useful information includes engine model and data sheet, vessel type, available engine-room drawings or sketches, outlet position, current photos and any class or regulatory requirements.
